What Do We Need In Our              Diets?

We consume several different macromolecules when we eat, such as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids. Protiens bulid, maintain, and replace the tissue in your body, carbohydrates are the most important, you need carbs in your diet for energy. Lipids are also known as fatty acids; they store energy in your body. Last, you have Nucleic Acids, they store and transport genetic material.
